Mark Stauffer
Mark Stauffer serves as the Vice President of Back Mountain Soccer and is the head women’s soccer coach at Misericordia University.
In his time at Misericordia, Stauffer has led the Cougars to multiple conference championships, and numerous deep runs in the NCAA tournament.

Stauffer graduated from Misericordia University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry and physics. He ranks among Misericordia’s all-time leaders in five categories, including career points, goals and assists and single-season points and goals.
Stauffer currently holds his USC/NSCAA premier coaching diploma and is a regional staff coach for the USC/NSCAA.

Andy Loughnane
Andy Loughnane is the current head men’s soccer coach at Misericordia University. He also serves Back Mountain as the Recreation Director.

Jesse Novatski, DOC
Jesse Novatski is Back Mountain Soccer Club's Director of Coaching. Jesse played collegiate soccer at both Millersville University and Keystone College.

Erin Roberts
Erin Roberts is a former standout midfielder for the Misericordia Women’s Soccer program.
In her time there, Misericordia won 3 consecutive conference titles and made multiple deep runs in the NCAA tournament. She led the team as captain to two Sweet 16’s, and a Final Four in 2012.
Roberts also received numerous individual awards throughout her playing career. Some of which include:

Roberts earned her bachelor’s degree in health science, and a master’s degree in speech-language pathology.

Emma Sweitzer
Emma Sweitzer is a current second year Midfielder/Forward for the Misericordia University Women's Soccer Team. Emma is also a rostered member of pro-am UWS2 team, Back Mountain Torrent.

Carly Cavanaugh
Carly Cavanaugh is a current second year back for the Misericordia University Women's Soccer Team. Carly is also a rostered member of pro-am UWS2 team, Back Mountain Torrent.
Carly appeared in all 22 matches during her first season on the team, starting each game for the 20-2 Cougars in 2021.
Carly is a local product of Holy Redeemer High School in which she was a three-time First Team All Star on both the Citizens Voice and Times Leader teams.

Ozzy Rios
Ozzy has over twenty years of coaching and training experience at multiple levels including club, high school, and college.
Ozzy has both his grassroots coaching license and is a PIAA licensed referee.
